How do I make the hero cast his enchantments and bip on me instead of him

open the hero's skillbar, target yourself, click on the hero skill bar.

Yea..it requires some micromanagement..

Make sure to highlight yourself before you tell him what skill to use. Also, B.I.P. can't be used on the caster.

Oh, and make sure you lock his skills so he doesn't cancel the enchants as soon as he casts them.
